考试综合症

11月16日，天有不测风云。

最近感觉变得很不稳定，时而沮丧，时而斗志高昂。

心里很明白这是因为考试的关系，读了中医了解这是思伤脾，然后导致肝气郁结。
也了解压力是来自自己的，压力使自己给的。
也了解可能这是大学最后一个考试，自然而然想做到最好，压力也变得大了。
也了解压力太大只会给自己反效果。

了解归了解，还是没有办法好好的调理自己的心情。

希望可以慢慢学习调理自己的感觉。


题外话：真害怕会在考试前失眠，然后在考场睡着。保佑我吧。

今天，和朋友们聊起了学校的八卦新闻和以前我们做过的事情，惊觉原来4年已经过去了。

聊起了阿鲁巴学长，被阿鲁巴，在学校问奇怪的问题刁难教授，camp的种种趣事，等等。。。

4年。。。我快毕业了。

刚刚看到了未谋面的学妹的personal message写着：MSN上太多的路人甲 偶爾你也該上來說說話

看看自己的list上，的确有很多人很多朋友。但是，有很多都是路人甲。当初为了各种各样的目的加了他们，或他们为了各种各样的目的加了我，现在忘记了当初的目的，遗留下来的，只有一个名字，空白的message history，和想开始交谈却不知道如何开始的遗憾。这种陌生的熟悉感不知何时渐渐的蜕变成了熟悉的陌生感，令人迷茫。看来，MSN也未必能让人们有个交谈的平台，更甭说要把人的距离拉近了。

在网上看到这么一句话：Friends of all is friend of none。看来的确是如此。

1、都是因为一时糊涂或一时冲动，或是对于名利财富的贪婪欲望，错误的选择了这条道路。

2、进来先接受教育。

3、所有人都分在不同的队伍里：读博叫课题组，监狱叫监区或大队。

4、必须参与劳动：读博是脑力的（当然也有体力活）；监狱是体力的，报酬当然是极少的，基本都是勉强糊口。

5、里面的人都只有一个目的：早点出 。

6、在里面表现好的才可以早出 ，当然是极少数：读博叫提前毕业，监狱叫减刑；表现一般的就只有按计划进行：读博叫按期毕业，监狱叫刑满释放；表现差的只好多呆一阵子：读博的叫延期，监狱叫加刑。

7、在里面的日子也有不同，读博的如果能遇上个好导师，坐牢的如果能遇到个好管教，生活可能会好过些。反之就要加倍痛苦了。

8、中间会有比较弱的 伙实在熬不住的话，读博的就直接退学了，坐牢的就越狱了。

9、但大多数人只好在里面呆着了，盼望着那天早点到来

First keep in mind:

Boyfriend 5.0 is an entertainment package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Try entering the command C:\ I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME and download Tears 6.2 to install Guilt 3.0.

If all works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

But remember, overuse can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Late Night Teh Tarik 6.1.

Late Night 6.1 is a very bad program that will create SnoringLoudly. wav files.

Whatever you do, DO NOT install Mother-in-Law 1.0 or reinstall another Boyfriend program. These are not supported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have a limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.

You might consider additional software to improve memory and performance. I personally recommend Hot Tasty Food 3.0 and Tongkat Ali 6.9.

我比较好奇的是为什么政府不许人们发表自己的看法，而且这些看法是真实的。什么是言论自由？

言論自由是按照自己的意願自由地發表言論以及與聽取他人陳述意見的權利。近來，它通常被理解為包含了充分的表述的自由，包括了創作及發佈電影、照片、歌曲、舞蹈及其它各種形式的富有表現力的資訊。

言論自由通常被認為是現代民主中一個不可或缺的概念，在這概念下，它被認為不應受到政府的審查。然而國家可能仍然處罰(但非禁止)某些具有破壞性的表達的類型，如明顯地煽惑叛亂、誹謗、發佈與國家安全相關的秘密等等。

我国有言论自由吗？

1948年， 联合国颁布《世界人权宣言》， 确认言论自由 、 出版自由和新闻自由为人 类共有的信仰和价值 ，马来西亚联邦宪法第二章第十节（Ａ）条款也明文指明每 一 个国民都享有自由言论的权利 。

然而 ， 马来西亚人所享有的有限言论自由，反映政府背离宪法精神 ，以「 国家安全」及 「 种族和谐 」之名 ， 行言论管制与操控之实 。尤其是近十年来 ， 虽然 政 治局势相对稳定 ， 但 舆论空间却不比风雨飘摇八十年代宽广 ，反而退化萎缩 。

是不是表示你有对国家不满，就不能把你的看法发表出来？是不是只要你的看法有污蔑政府部门的成分，即使是事实，你不能讲出来？？
还说华人种族歧视，可是为何有一大群官员在印裔同胞面前宰牛欢庆首相新婚？设不是故意的歧视其他同胞吗？只许州官放火，不许百姓点灯。好强的一招，果然。。。官字两个口，将不赢你就咬你！
还有，很不满这一侧新闻，是他想要打压其他种族权益而作的一篇文章吗？

哎呀！我的国家是世界上最好的国家了，没有任何地方比这里更美好！我爱我的国家~

7月7日，雨。

今天是我爸爸的生日。

算起来，爸爸已经64岁了，那么妈妈也应该有60岁了。

时间过得真快。自己有时候觉得高中，大一发生的事情好像在前几个月罢了，可是仔细想一想，会发觉其实那是很久以前的事情。认真地想要回忆起小时候，甚至初中时发生过的事情，却已经印象模糊。有时候还真的弄不清初那时发生了什么事情，那段日子是怎样生活的。如果说回忆是痛苦的根源，那么，失去了回忆，难道就没有痛苦吗？到底是自己故意不要想起以前发生的事情，现在记不起以前发生什么事情，也都是自找的。当记忆已经模糊，很多事情就会记错了。有时候，日子过得还真的是混混沌沌。。。

话虽如此，有些事情，却像附骨之蛆，不想想起来却偏偏想起来。还真得很讨厌那时候的自己，为何会做那种事情。。。有的事情，你越不想记得，你就越难忘记。看是深奥的一句话，其实真的就是那么简单。

6月19日，晴。

今天是端午节，祝各位端午节快乐！

刚才和朋友到外面庆祝生日，虽然已经预料到今天会有这个惊喜，但是，那一刻来临时还是觉得十分感动。

感动，因为除了家人之外还有一群好朋友记得我。

彩虹。梦。满足感的联想

6月12日，天气不明。

突然间想起，在我回来新加坡的那一天，我在飞机上看见了彩虹。
一道浅浅的，淡淡的彩虹。

那时，心想，这彩虹又意味着什么呢？
我想很多人都没有在飞机上看见彩虹吧。当你在高空的时候，看见的彩虹，是完整的圆形。在陆地上看见的彩虹，可以很美的在天空画上一条完美的弧形，但是，在天空上看见彩虹，又是另一种感觉。

突然间，想起了自己小时候，甚至到现在，都想做的事情。

我很想飞，很像自由自在的，不靠任何机器的飞，很想飞。。。

哪怕是一个小时。。。

原来，这就是为什么，我梦见自己飞的原因。。。

另外，回来之前作了一个美梦，很美的梦。。。在梦里的那一刻，我觉得我真得很开心很幸福很满足。梦醒来的那一刻，虽然已经知道那是梦，可是，自己还沉浸在那莫名其妙的幸福和满足中。

哎呀，好奇妙的感觉。

同样的，今天什么事都没有完成。
看来，‘美好的时光是拿来浪费的’这个道理，真的很有道理。

最近迷上了日剧。日剧普遍上比较短，而且每一单元是独立的，再加上美女多多，这样的结构很吸引我。我本身是一个没什么耐性的人，对很多东西很感兴趣，可是一旦摸熟了就会冷了下来。例如韩剧和港剧，故事很长，加上美女不是很多，所以咯。。。

不多谈，现在看着的这一部叫：求婚大作战
个人认为是值得看的。

　　在跑场外，乌龟笑得很开心。一只动物除非有吃不完的食物才有这种笑容。
　　但是乌龟不是，他的笑是因为他做了一件他自己都不相信能够做到的事。同时也是天下没有多少动物能够相信他能做到的事。

　　乌龟的脸色突然变得十分苍白，没有一丝血色。

　　许多年以后，我有个名字叫傻不拉叽的兔子。任何动物都可以变得傻不拉叽，只要你尝试过什么叫喝下半瓶老白干。我不介意别的动物怎么看我，我只不过不想别的动物比我跑得更快。

　　我以为有些动物永远跑不快，因为它们太懒散。在我出道的时候，我认识了一只动物，因为它走得太慢，所以很多年以后，它有个名字叫乌龟。

　　今年五黄临太岁，到处都有比赛在进行，有比赛的地方就有赛跑，有赛跑的地方就有我的生意，我的名字就叫兔子，我的职业是获得各种赛跑的奖杯。

　　
　　立春之后就是惊蛰，每年的这个时候都有一个朋友来看我。他每次都从西边出现，今年他带来了一瓶老白干。
　　乌龟：“不久前，我遇上一个人，送给我一瓶老白干，他说这叫要你命３０００，喝了之后，可以叫你忘掉以做过的任何事。我很奇怪，为什么会有这样的酒。它说动物最大的烦恼，就是忘记不了人的虐待和泼硫酸。如果不忘记，以后就没法生存了。这瓶酒本来是打算送给你的。”

　　兔子：赛跑前的那天晚上，我突然很想喝酒，就喝了那半坛“要你命３０００”，好象平常一样，第二天，我继续去参加赛跑，尽管我发现很想睡觉。

　　我看见了乌龟。和我赛跑的动物就是乌龟。

　　兔子：“看来我不该来。”
　　乌龟：“现在后悔太晚了。”
　　兔子：“打点兴奋剂行吗？”
　　乌龟：“不行，要打就打你的屁股！”
　　兔子：“那好，请起腿……”

　　赛跑似乎过得特别长，因为我好象同时在跟恩只乌龟赛跑，到最后我再也分不清楚乌龟是我的对手还是我自己是我的对手。花什么时候开是有季节的，但是我什么时候醒的却没有动物知道。

　　每只动物都想知道，兔子输了一场比赛后，失败的后面是什么，我很想告诉他们，失败之后也没有什么特别，不过是因为喝了半坛老白干。但我知道他们不会听。以他们的性格，不自己喝半坛又怎么会甘心？
